The word Buti is an Indian Marathi word which means: a cure for something that is kept hidden or secret.

• Buti Yoga is a dynamic vinyasa yoga that incorporates cardio dance, primal movement and a spiral structure technique used to condition your deep core muscles. Intentional shaking and vibration is a part of the movement to release trauma or stress stored at a cellular level. All of this is woven together in a music driven, balanced yoga sequencing.
• Buti Yoga will help transform your body and soul as you let the music move you, helping you get out of your head and into your body. It's an energetic connection with others to celebrate movement. (Warning, this movement may induce self love!)
