$40 Individual Workshop (Members $35)
$70 for both Workshops (Members $60)
In this two-hour long Masterclass , you will have the opportunity to practice Rocket® 3, also known as the "Happy Hour". A semi-set sequence, which includes a combination of hip openers, backbends, and plenty of opportunities to play with arm balances and inversions; creating a unique experience to challenge and celebrate your practice.
